Pros

Great culture - support each other, no politics, exciting transformation happening. New CEO moving fast, focusing on the right things to move the business to where we want to go

Cons

Meeting budget expectations in a declining category can be a challenge but we’re holding our own

Pros

Good hourly wage for area

Cons

You will work 7 days a week some 84 hour weeks. Medical insurance is terrible. I was recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer and they cancelled my insurance and forced me to get COBRA. Never been treated so badly in my entire life

Like almost any company the last couple of years have been challenging with lots of change, but all of that has been for the better. We have a bright future.
