Pros

Great benefits for permanent employees

Cons

Lost all direction of where this company is going. You have contracted hours, however expectation is that you work beyond those hours particularly when working remotely. Too many bit part directors who don't understand or have a clue how a successful business should be run, and how they should treat ALL staff who work for them. A lot of favouritism particularly the way how some people get promoted, which can happen without them even applying for the role, whilst others have to jump through hoops of fire to even get up 1 run of the ladder. In addition there are too many external contractors hired who are paid a fortune for sub-quality of work, instead of developing talent within. Finally you can forget equity, diversity and inclusion - it's gone so far the other way that if you don't have a protected characteristic then you will never get a look in or an opportunity. Not a great culture!
