Too much bureaucracy to get anything done Due to what has happened a real focus on listening to postmasters which is fine, but also need to listen to customers

Pros

I like a busy job- and you are constantly learning new things which suits some people

Cons

Less than a fiver an hour for a month for "training" while waiting for my till id. When I brought up this, I was told not to mention it to other colleagues. I am always keeping track of my hours because they are rarely counted correctly. Got relocated to another post office far away. Mistakes come out of your pay. There is much to learn and it's easy to get it wrong and you will face consequences. Every other day, Horizon is down or the TCR isn't working or something else that makes everyone's job more difficult. You get abuse hurled at you by posties and customers. I made more stacking shelves for half the nonsense.
