good staff retention rates Nice newly refurbished branch Nice friendly group of colleagues Able to work compressed hours which helped with work-life balance

Cons

Quite negative atmosphere at times, especially in times of change as many workers have been there for years and very resistant to any change Makes it difficult to do your job when so much negativity Lots of repeat sickness among same employees - certain people playing the system to avoid disciplinary

Managers were all about sales, to the point where customers were going to other post offices to avoid ours and our sales pitch
