Pros

No two transactions are the same, customer base varied, not boring or mundane, always new things to learn, always challenging.Been serving the public for 25 years so I must still enjoy it!

Cons

Customers can be very in polite, have been sworn at,shouted at,threatened! Under pressure to sell nowadays, not like years ago. Pay not great for the amount of responsibility. More local training events needed for the ever changing products and transactions
