Pros

Meeting new people and the hours are very good! Not a lot of pros to working here if i am honest.

Cons

.Bad managers .Constantly selling to every single customer even the one's that are not interested but you still have to sell as you are being watched and monitored by an ABM with a clipboard .Always told what you have done wrong and being criticized. .Stressful environment to be in . Mangement don't listen or care about what you got to say. Since working at the post office i have been diagnosed with depression and scalp psoriasis. I feel worse each day i go in. I wouldn't recommend working here unless of course you are thick skinned as some customers can be so demanding and rude.

Pros

Good training and wide variety of projects

Cons

For flexibility, the company downsized its FTEs in order to reduce overheads. Project work is now mainly managed by contractors. Not good for FTEs but good opportunities if you are an external contract worker
