Pros

love the people i work with, love meeting new people and regular people, love the job dealing with post etc

Cons

too much trying to make us sell stuff, too much not just focusing on giving the customer great service but trying to badger each one to buy extra. change things on the computer that didnt need changing and dont fix the ones that do need changing.

Pros

The friendly regular customers, the other staff, not working weekends, the fact that every day is different with different challenges! I always learn something new every day!

Cons

The constant verbal abuse we have to put up with from customers mainly due to queuing times. Owners of the sub office not really caring about the staff or staffing levels. The archaic computer systems which are always crashing or breaking.

Pros

In the good old days it was a good place to work, was allowed to deliver good customer service, not anymore

Cons

Too much sales driven now.... targets, targets, targets, customer service gets lost and its hard to just do your job
