Pros

You get paid and have holidays.

Cons

A shocking organisation that positively conceals incompetence and managerial bullying. Had a torrid time and never felt happier to be away from any organisation. Swamped by day contractors who suck the finances from the organisation and shore up the inadequacies of substantive staff. I was the personal recipient of repeated bullying as were numerous peers.
