Pros

Used to be a good company to work for Used to care about it's employees Used to care about more than just profits

Cons

Everything was about numbers Upper Management is more concerned with growth and pleasing shareholders than taking care of their employees

Pros

Great opportunity to meet and socialize with people from all walks of life. Good starter job. Somewhat decent benefits.

Cons

Corporate is completely unaware of how their shops actually work. The company also exploits its salary managers by making them work well beyond the mandatory 45hrs/wk. No free food for associates, just a 50% discount. Grubhub and Doodash integration with backline is clunky and disorganized. I was working as a shift leader ridiculously long hours (sometimes I would have to work 15hr days!) due to the shortage of shop managers. I was so stressed out by the time I quit. I was at my breaking point. One of the worst jobs for managers in the service industry. I don’t see how the company will survive in the future with current business model.

Pros

Working with a Great team! Getting to know your neighborhood people. Pay is ok if your in upper management.

Cons

I was harassed and a victim of discrimination. Hours of day to work sometimes could be unheard of. Upper management didn't care about associates as they should. They didn't care for no one but themselves. Promotions were not given to all those who worked hard. No matter how much dedication you gave the company you were always cheated in someway. I was laughed at and ridiculed.
