Good company- often changed direction but getting better.

Pros

Good benefits- excellent starting salary. Management that cares about their people. Relatively simple work for the pay the amazing people I work with every day

Cons

Trying to get a raise is like getting blood from a turnip management often changes their minds about direction growing responsibilities as a part of the job description adds hours to the week- for no additional pay

The worst Managed company i've ever worked for.

Pros

fun atmosphere. nice food and hours are really decent compared to some restaurants. you get show off a lot of personality and yell a lot.

Cons

50+ hours a week, closer to 60 hours a week. stores are very disorganized and run almost completely different. bonuses are very small, the smallest ive ever received varying from $100- $150 every quarter. Focuses is primarily on making money and nothing else, turnover rate is off the charts, associates dissatisfaction is ignored and problems are swept under the rug.

Pros

The atmosphere, coordination between management and employees, friendly employees. It is a fast growing company that is open to promoting within on occasion.

Cons

The pay, lack of respect toward hard working employees. More promotions occur with people that are unhappy with pay, rather than those that work hardest or are most deserving.
