Flexible Schedule, nice coworkers in some cases.

Cons

Everything. They Just keep hiring outsider as manager and associates that have been there longer have to train them and not promotions.

A great place to work but difficult to gain progression in the company. Health benefits not good but a fun place to work

Friendly staff, bonuses every period for a job well done, reviews with raises, and a good training program

Cons

Bonuses are really only for a store that does well either through sales or profitability so even if you are doing fine, if the store isn't you won't reap the benefits. Health benefits have something to be desired. Raises are minimal when given.
