Pros

Good company that you can be proud of. Employees generally very committed to excellence and have an upbeat attitude. The Support Center is very different from the stores - stores typically have an awesome atmosphere. Great food.

Cons

Support Center culture can be very political. It's about who you know and who likes you. You may not advance if you aren't in the right social circle.

Pros

You get 50% off sandwiches on your day of work. Also, you are very independent and managers tend to leave you to do your own thing.

Cons

You feel isolated and can't chat much with fellow employees. The hours become long. We used to get 100% off sandwiches until the economy got bad (April)
