Ample opportunity for advancement. The job itself is easy. Great bonus potential. Can work a Monday through Friday work week in most shops.

Cons

People advancing before they are ready. For a company headquartered in Chicago, you would think that there would be a little more support from support center in recruiting...

I absolutely loved it in the beginning, but as I began to move up I became more disappointed with the company.

Great first time job for associates and you do have the opportunity to move up quickly in the company.

Cons

Training is terrible you do move up quickly but are usually not trained properly to do so.

Don't care for their employees like they claim to Fired a general manager with cancer and a family for "inventory issues" Outrageous general manager turnover(4 years and over 10 managers) Expect too much out of employees and don't pay enough
