Pros

Location to highway is good for commuting

Cons

The supervisors of the call center are unprofessional. They are rude to customers, slow to help with issues and treat people as children.

Pros

There are none. Anything that is a positive comes with a price. The only pro is the break room has a tv. In walking distance from home.

Cons

As soon as you walk through the door. The Management is a complete joke. The Leads are not leaders at all. The upsells we HAVE to offer are a SCAM. They treat you like you are absolutely worthless. Just a person bringing in money to a company that doesn't care about anyone. The disrespect is so unacceptable. The Management is on a POWER TRIP. Probably compensating for personal issues.

Pros

Convenient location & schedule. Free membership to their rebate program. Mostly friendly coworkers. Some OK perks for sales incentives.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay. After 2.5 years still only made $9.hr which is same as starting wage. Not much opportunity for advancement. They train you in other roles, but your pay remains the same. Very few raises. Sometimes deal with difficult customers, but also a lot of underhandedness, attitudes from lazy middle-management who didn't want to deal with employees or customers. Draconian business practices, ie. Use of a point system for attendance to penalize employees even if they are absent or tardy for legitimate reasons, making agents ask for a key to the bathroom or walk all the way to the warehouse to use it, only allowed 4 min of personal time a day away from the phone. Forced to sell somewhat questionable programs to every customer that calls. Selling mailing lists because they even sold my name.
