Pros

Job security is high. It seems that unless you're stealing from the company, you can pretty much guarantee that you won't ever lose your job.

Cons

Pay is horrible, and you are treated by upper management as if you are expendable. There are many employees that have been there for several years who take advantage of their seniority and pretty much do whatever they want (come in late, leave early, stand around and talk all day, special privileges, etc.) and are not held accountable for their mistakes. Management turns a blind eye to problems within their departments and will not stand up for their employees.

Pros

Easy work, pretty friendly people, flexible time off is allowed if you need it, easy to get to location (for me anyways)

Cons

repetitive work, boring, the hours are not the most desirable, the pay is borderline atrocious and not much better than minimum wage
