Pros

Really great atmosphere and a fantastic workload distribution. Good organization. Very well organized with a motivated workforce

Cons

Some information might get lost from top down. Unclear what upper management is doing. Some clients are too demanding and don’t treat us as coworkers but as 3rd world workforce.

Pros

I started to work at Povio as a student, and now I'm working there full-time. The work environment gives you many opportunities to learn and grow. You can come up with an idea and realize it the next day. Also, the company culture is wonderful. Everyone is always prepared to help and super friendly - I haven't met someone I haven't liked. Oh, and we have an unlimited amount of really good coffee! :)

Cons

Since I've never worked in the IT sector before, it was quite stressful at the beginning, but hard work surely pays off here.
