Pros

It is just amazing to see how far such a young team has come. I’m very happy to be part of the team of such talented people and seeing other people pushing it forward motivates me as well. Because you have a lot of freedom (but responsibilities as well), new ideas are appreciated. You can adjust your career path in the direction you want so it is up to you to decide how much you want to accomplish and what you want to be good at.

Cons

I’m afraid I’d miss out on something so I find it hard not to check my Slack.:)

Pros

Relaxed people and management. Everyone is close to each other, there are a lot of social events but you do not feel pressured to attend. Flexible about time and place of work, you can work in different offices or remotely. Working on a lot of interesting projects with popular US startups. You feel like you matter and your opinions are heard and company is making improvements all the time.

Cons

Working with clients from US that are on a different timezone. If you have a meeting with them, it is in the afternoon.
