Good benefits for the most. Most employees are nice. I know one manager that is nice and cares but the rest suck.

Cons

No advancement unless your a suck up or a yes man. Managers talk a good story but are only concerned about thier own butts.

Good starting point for a new grad. Good place to learn and build your credentials. Take advantage of any training opportunities.

Cons

Low pay. Most of the managers are managers because of who they know not what they know. Lack of communication throughout the organization from sales to project management, PM to engineering, and from engineering to shop floor. No more than 3% raises so if you hire in low you are stuck.
