There are a lot of friendly people to work alongside from a large melting pot of nations. Not too much else.

Cons

The pay and subsequent "raises" are a joke. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant. There are way too many "bosses" on the factory floor while the actual "management" is rather incompetent. The companies' commitment to safety is merely lip service. There usually has to be a catastrophic event in order to get any action.

Good benefits, regular work hours, airport adjacent.

Cons

Management is incompetent, irresponsible, doesn't communicate, always passing the buck and looking for a scapegoat when things go wrong. Useless training program. Low pay, nobody gets promoted. Not even the brown nosers.
