Pros

This company utilizes the best technology in the industry as a multifamily MEP subcontractor. They work with some of the biggest multifamily names in the country, and install the pinnacle of lighting, low voltage, telecom, and fire alarm systems.

Cons

The benefits are great for individuals, but not for family. It is a classic corporate culture, so often times who you know within the company is more important than performance. Salaries are not inflation adjusted and raises must be asked for. The bonus structure is a web of complication; your performance must be near perfect (if you get a bad project [difficult client, bad field resources, bas estimate] forget about it), after that it takes an inexplicable amount of time to be paid out, and disbursement stops at your project manager who decides whether or not they would like to give you a bonus and for how much. There is an overly complicated process for everything, as well as a system of micromanagement that adds a substantial amount of work to managing a project.
