Pros

Seemed like a good culture. CEO is very active and attentive to the company.

Cons

Insurance is not good. Might look good from pay deduction amount but none of my family doctors were covered. Not even the specialisy for my child. Safety in facility is not top priority, looks for tours over shadows. The department I was in was a complete mess far as leadership structure. Lot of "administrators" not enough workers. Many people in the department were not happy and just going through the motions. Common saying was "you get use to it". No ADA controls for disabled.
