Pros

- Currently we are experiencing rapid growth, and there are many opportunities available in our HQ office, as well as nationally with our field teams. - The culture is work hard, play hard. For example, our gym boasts a multi purpose sport court for those looking to play (volleyball, basketball, pickleball, etc.) to company sponsored events like the annual BBQ (which raises money for charity!) - Training and Development is a focus of the entire organization, they have the tools and resources to make you successful.

Cons

- Due to the quick growth we are limited in space but that's changing soon. There will be a new 3 story building on campus (Fall 2019) to alleviate that pain.

Pros

The culture is positive and fun, and everyone here is so welcoming and supportive. The opportunity for growth is based on performance and production, not tenure, which is awesome. It's a growing company with a "work hard, play hard" mentality and there is a ton of flexibility to make sure everyone has a balanced personal and work life. Definitely not an old-school mentality.
