Pros

Great company to work for because they care about their customers and their employees. Power Design delivers a quality product and that includes the process of delivering that product. They live by their core values and make it fun to come to work. The natural byproduct is great enthusiasm among their employees. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

I find it hard to come up with a con.

Throughout the interview and all the way to a job offer the company showed the highest level of professionalism and communication. This extremely progressive company shows both interviewees and current employees respect and general interest in making the overall job experience, better! Power Design, Inc. is a wonderful place to work!
