Pros

There is no shortage of support here. From the executives to the managers, trainers to the mentors, everyone is willing to sit down, listen and help you develop a plan to succeed. We work as a team with the feel of a family. You will be compensated every two weeks for your hard work with a generous bonus structure allowing you to give yourself a raise every two weeks if you want! Advancement is also up to you. My advice, shoot for the top because its possible to get there. We are growing at an exponential rate across the country to many exciting cities. The best thing about working here is ninety percent of us enjoy working here so you would be hard pressed to not find a friendly face.

Cons

The hours can be long and grueling but if the job was easy then everyone would work here. It can get repetitive at a position but there are many different departments and possibilities to find your niche.

Pros

Great management, great employees, it's a company that definitely rewards the talents of their workforce, which for me personally is what I'm looking for in my employer

Cons

Not much, great hours, good pay and room for plenty of growth in the near future, definitely a great place to work

Pros

It's a great environment to have fun and make money. There is tremendous opportunity for professional and financial growth.

Cons

A large part of earnings are commission based, which can be very stressful. Though there is a mentoring program in place, you have little guidance from a boss or senior worker to help you get better at your job.
