Pros

This company is full of young, motivated, like minded people. Most everyone enjoys coming to work and it shows when you enter the office. The leadership understands that happy employees create a thriving business and overall happier customers. Their main focus is their people. There are always motivational seminars, monthly contests, and company outings that are very well attended. The people you work with will become some of your best friends and you will find yourself wanting to hang out with them both inside and outside of work. With this culture the company has created it has become a place people feel privileged to have found. Most employees take the job, like any entry level position, not sure what will come from it. Those that are ready and looking, find it is a place that you can grow professionally and truly make a career.

Cons

Mediocrity isn't allowed. If you are just looking for a job you can coast this isn't the place for you. This company will push you to be your best.

Pros

Even though I started working for this company with no experience, I was given all of the tools necessary to succeed. If you are willing to put in the hard work, you will thrive here. Everyone is here to help each other and it is a team-first culture. There is a great compensation plan set up for employees to get paid exactly what they are worth. The more you put in, the more you get out of it, professionally, financially, and personally. I have experienced significant growth in becoming a leader. Power does everything to help you become one. A trip to MEXICO isn't to bad either.

Cons

Getting used to the schedule may take some time, but once you figure out to balance work and life, it is not bad. If you are not committed to working hard and putting in the extra time to grow this career may not be for you.

Pros

The best part about working with Power is the people. They know how to truly invest in their people by developing leaders that challenge themselves to be the best they can be while helping others along the way.

Cons

This job is challenging as it is rewarding. Power doesn't pay you for your time, they pay you for the value that bring for your time. If this is not in your persona then this might not be the job for you.
