Pros

paid training, that's about it.

Cons

deceptive management, cult mentality, dishonest pay, limited product poorly installed. This was the worst job I have ever held, manageent lies non stop about the product and your potential to earn. Commission isn't paid out fully or fairly, even those who claim to be top paid aren't making what they say. Everyone is holding on to a false promise of a reward that never comes, most have invested so much into it they are afraid to leave. This is a manipulative and careless company that mostly hires naive, inexperienced young men to create a fake frat environment to push hard sales, but no one is actually making any money. They will lie about the products, their income, your potential, and whatever else it takes to get you to go in and outwait customers to buy. there is no sales method, just not leaving until you wear people down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS.

Pros

Power gives you the tools to be able to make as much money as you want while having a culture that is more like a family than a business. I joined Power and Nov. of 2013 and since then they have helped me make more money than I have ever made, tools that help me in my career and also in life, and the potential to grow within the company. The training is the best training I have ever had and the people you work with are willing to drop anything they are doing to help you with anything you need. Everyone in the office is always smiling and is always happy as well. I will have to say, I always laughed at the people who said that you aren't working when you love what you are doing because I always thought they were just faking it to impress others but I now know that this is a real thing, I never feel like I am working and I will work for POWER HOME REMODELING GROUP until they day I retire. Thank you so much PHRG for changing my life!

Cons

The hours can be tough, especially if you are married but the pros defiantly make up for the this simple con that really isn't a problem after you realize how amazing this job actually is!

Pros

The opportunity at Power is crystal clear from the first time you walk in. Management provides very clear expectations and follows it up with complete training that provides all the tools necessary to achieve success. The support structure is unparalleled and the team atmosphere creates fun competition where everyone is genuinely happy to see each other succeed. The opportunity for growth is huge, as Power is always looking for people to come in that can move into management positions and help grow the business.

Cons

The schedule is unique if you are coming from a 9-5, but it's easy to adapt to. Everyone at the office is friendly and fun to be around, so the schedule quickly becomes routine.
