      Pros

      Power is an amazing place to work. There is an unlimited opportunity to advance within and throughout the organization. The training you receive is outstanding and you will learn skills and qualities that will help in all walks of life. Plus the management offers support and good advice whenever needed. Office atmosphere is literally untouchable and they make their employees feel welcome and appreciated. This is the place to be to start or advance your career.

      Cons

      The hours aren't your typical 9-5, so it will take a little to get used to. It's also easy to consume yourself with work sometimes because you actually enjoy what you're doing so finding a balance with your personal life can be tough.

      They are very transparent about the description of the job during the interview. Training is incredibly well structured and geared towards your success. The opportunity for growth and success is substantial. I'm 23 and have already started to see a regular 6 figure income in my first 3 months. Advancement in the company has nothing to do with seniority or tenure, but rather, 100% to do with performance and work ethic. The Culture of the Company is amazing- fun, positive, and motivating.

      Hours are different for some people to get used to. (But completely worth it)
