Pros
I began in a customer support position and within my first year was promoted to account manager - they see potential and do not let it go un noticed You will always be motivated to be a better you, you will learn grow and excel your career working here I had 3 direct managers at my time here and each one cared very much about their employees. They are always willing to help and it is clear they want you to succeed This company is continuously growing each year and expanding - the growth opportunity for employees is increasing and you will always feel secure with your job I enjoyed everyone I worked with directly as well as my peers
Cons
Heavy workload but if you manage you’re time correctly you will succeed At times I had felt untrusted/micromanaged You will be held accountable for your mistakes
