Pros

Working at PowerPak has been and continues to be an incredible growth journey. The working environment at PowerPak is very team-driven – peer accountability, KPIs & transparency take the place of hierarchy and politics. As with any role, each day comes with a unique set of challenges, however, we are empowered and given the tools to be successful and rise to the challenge each day. I can’t wait to get back to the company BBQs & pizza Fridays when COVID is over :)

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced – this doesn’t suit everyone.

Not the worst, but not the best

Pros

Clean office, snacks/coffee provided, pizza Fridays

Cons

If you're looking to be treated as an equal on your team, this is not the place. If you like to be in an environment that I consider high-school with strict scheduled timezones, this is the place for you. It's very micromanaged and if you're late for any timezone without notifying your "team leader" then they will message you ASAP to find out if you can move onto the next timezone. If you want to keep blinders on all day, zero personality and not being able to socialize and get to know your co-workers while productively working then find something else. If you feel overloaded with work, don't bother asking for help, they will suggest you come in early, stay late or finish at home. Also, you only get 30 min for lunch and no other breaks. You work a 9 hr workday with 30 min lunch. The overtime they suggest you take to finish tasks, they don't compensate you for it.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that is as well rounded as PowerPak, nothing less than Amazing. The Staff is very welcoming and the Owner and Management extremely caring/personable. So much to be grateful for when being a part of the team! From the Covid care packages (gloves, mask, sanitizer,etc..) sent out to all employees, to the provided lunches/snacks, as well as the flexibility if needed. Safety and Personal Health is something PowerPak drives home. I always look forward to seeing my teammates/coworkers and learning/growing together. Being around high achievers motives me to grow and sharpen my skills, working at PowerPak I was able to become stronger in and out of the office. I believe in determination and dedication, PowerPak has showed me if you remain focused and humble, hard work will always pay off. I am and will continue to be very appreciative of PowerPak!

Cons

PowerPak provides the tools and resources needed to grow and succeed; Some are not ready or might not believe in themselves enough to trust the process and learn.
