Pros

- Leadership is very transparent, and shares all the numbers and goals with everyone in the company - Constructive feedback is a big part of the culture, and management is always encouraging you to improve (you are also given the tools you need to develop) - Constantly changing and growing, fast paced high energy environment - always new opportunities opening up to grow in the company

Cons

- you are expected to put in the work, not necessarily a con but you should know this before working here - if you aren't constantly growing/improving with the company it is possible you could be outpaced
