Great environment to work and grow

Pros

Collaborative and friendly atmosphere. Hard work and loyalty are rewarded. Management encourages a team first approach.

Cons

Office can get pretty cold in the winter. (I understand that is oddly specific but that is the only negative thing I could come up with)

Pros

Most useless managers I've ever worked for.

Cons

The leadership of PowerPak is a huge failure. Employees don't receive any support from the management because it doesn't provide us the resources and guidance we need. The managers of this company are practically useless, and I doubt that the employees will even realize when they're gone. That's how awful and useless they are!

There are no pros I could think of.

Cons

PowerPak Civil & Safety has a lazy and horrible leadership that does not fulfill responsibility of leading the employees. Meanwhile, most of the employees here are overworked, exhausted, and forced to accomplish brutally long work hours just to be yelled at and insulted by the useless management.
