- Good co-workers - Mobility if you can work the system
Cons
- Abysmal pay scale - High turnover and employee burnout Basically PowerSchool knows that they can continue to hire new people. Rather than address the issues that lead to high turnover they are fine with the status quo and the revolving door of employees. Hopefully, one day they will realize that this mentality is a main factor for customer dissatisfaction and will start prioritizing staff more. However, they will most likely continue to shift the majority of the workforce to the offshore offices to save costs.
