People I work with are great. Work is interesting

Cons

Medical, don't have it unless you pay 8000 deductible. Vacation just lost that, you don't get vacation anymore it's up to your manager if you get any vacation or not. Pay increases, forget about it, they just work you until you can't work anymore. I used to love powerschool and what they were doing. Since they were bought from Pearson thing have gone downhill in a hurry. They bring in many employees from other countries to work remotely, pay a lot less and then you need to train them, maybe to take your job.

the facility is good and free soda- work here if these are the only two things you expect from the job.

Cons

Management. HR. - HR hires you at 15k below the lowest market avg value and promises that the next promotion would bump you upto market avg. STOP LYING.
