Developing and selling THE most innovative ed tech Ive seen Friendly and passionate staff - even though the company is huge you arent just a number. Amazing office culture - events for wellness, physical and mental health, holiday parties, development opportunities (book club, mentoring, online learning, team building activities, lunch n learns) Benefits that are out of this world; 100% coverage and premium paid by the company

Cons

Nothing ground-breaking. Take people's complaints with a grain of salt; with this many employees you cant please everyone.

PowerSchool is full of high energy and enthusiastic people, mainly the management. Lot of growth potential and PowerSchool will definitely disrupt the world of K12 Education with cutting-edge technologies and product. They have backing of two of world's largest private equity firms.

Cons

Very young organization, so it isn't mature yet in terms of process, practices and policies.
