Pros
Benefits, working no weekends. The recognition is nice when you are recognized by supervisors and team leaders. You get paid vacation, sick time and personal time.
Cons
The pay increases are not fair for the amount of work that we take in . We take on others work if they slack no extra pay or overtime.
