      Fifteen years ago, I joined this Rehabilitation company looking for more than just a job-I was looking for a place where I could make a meaningful difference. What I found was an organization whose mission aligned with my own values; helping people regain confidence, independence, dignity, and hope, during some of the most challenging times in their lives. From my very first day, I realized this was more than a workplace. It was a community of compassionate professionals united by a common purpose-supporting and guiding patients to achieve goals that they may have thought were out of reach. Whether it is assisting someone in taking their first steps after surgery, helping a patient return home safely and independently after an illness, or simply regain a lost skill, these moments continually remind me why our work matters so much and reinforces my commitment to this profession and especially to this organization which continually encourages me and empowers me to challenge myself and expand my capabilities. What has kept me here for the past 15 years, is not just the opportunity to build this career, but the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself. Powerback Rehab has fostered a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement. This company recognizes that when employees grow, patients benefit, and therefore communities become stronger. My decision to continue growing with Powerback Rehab is rooted in a simple belief. When you find a place that allows you to make a difference, supports your development, and shares your values, it becomes more than a workplace, it becomes a source of inspiration.

      The leadership at Powerback are therapists and understand what happens at the clinic level. Patient care is always prioritized. There is a very positive and professional culture.

      Cons

      Staff can be spread thin in our current healthcare staffing environment but there is support from leadership to make every attempt to support staff with coverage
