      I have no positive for this company

      Cons

      Drop your hours, pay, benefits and anything else they could think of last minute with no signed documentation or warning. You may have all of this vacation and sick time accrued, but you are never allowed to use it or take off. If you get sick, they strongly encourage you to work a weekend instead of using sick time. Very untrustworthy company.

      Pros

      There are several facilities in the area however unfortunately regardless of management styles each rehab dept is ran the exact same way

      Cons

      Low pay, limited resources, no holidays, limited focus on actual patient care, fear of losing liscense or being fired from folllowing Genesis "billing" recommendations. Not up to date to state liscensure regulations and Medicare regulations.

      Pros

      Like any place, this could be an experience that could encourage one to continue working in nursing homes. This place appears professional.

      Cons

      Work hours have been cut with an increase of workload. Benefits and various supplies/equipment are not generous in comparison to other places this writer has worked.
