Facility management always striding to improve care delivery. 5 star, gold award winners, great state survey ( 2 years deficiency free)

Cons

Very top heavy regional management and above. Would benefit from working as "undercover bosses" and experience how hard the staff works.

The coworkers are great team members. Advancing technology available for dysphagia therapy.

Cons

Not enough PRN coverage for all disciplines. Full time employees are now required to work on weekends with low PRN coverage
