      Pros

      Good Entry level experience. Getting to know some of the residents and their life stories. That's literally all I can think of.

      Cons

      Way understaffed, high turnover rate because of low hourly pay to CNAs and aides. Management acts very fake and supervisor couldn't seem to care less about helping her staff or residents. All about making a profit.

      Absolutely nothing. i'm only typing because i'm required to.

      Cons

      Short staffing and horrible treatment by micro managers. they train you by shouting and screaming at you until you eventually learn how to do your job to their standards. the worst part is you wont be paid properly. they hire underage high school kids and make them clock in 30 minutes after they start working and clock out 30 minutes or more prior to finishing their shift.
