      Pros

      Pays well, with over 400 facilities located thru out the USA there's lot of work and opportunities for IT equipped workers. The core business is nursing homes, so this company should be around for a while.

      Cons

      As a result of how certain IT equipment and services are set-up (decisions by upper management) it causes a lot of extra work for the IT Help Desk. This makes the IT Department look unorganized and stupid which causes the field offices to resent the Help Desk. Growth up the ladder, is very limited.

      Sky high insurance premiums, building sold with little notice and no direction on what it would mean for employees, higher ups are not pro-active regarding staff concerns.
