Great nursing staff, that really understands the struggles of the aides. Great facilities compared with other homes I've seen Administration works hard to get employees time off when asked

Close to home. Great residents. Can count on a number of people who are awesome teammeambers. Chances to grow in this industry. Lots of on the job training.

Cons

A lot of micro-management. A lot of favoritism with long standing employees vs new members. Workload is more than the allotted hours given. Lower pay than the average given from a corporation other than Genesis.
