The company always seems to be flying off the seat of their pants. Not as stable as they wish they could be

Great atmosphere, great place to work in .... The staffs and managers seems good overall it gives u a great platform to express Ur abilities and skills

There was not much cons buy the interview process was really tough though there is no ppl in the cabin they are very strict in recruitment process

It was horrible. I'm a LPN at Harrington Court for less than a year. The nurses lied on me , I was then fired

The facility was clean. No smell in facility. Point Click Care training was awesome.

Cons

There are no new nurses. The seniority nurses can lie on you and management will believe it. Staff smiles in your face and stab you in your back.
