- Several Paid Holidays - Generous sick time - Coworkers

- High turnover - Lack of staff appreciation - Pay freeze, no bonuses/raises - Little to no opportunity for career advancement, growth - IT/corporate are not always familiar with what Powerback is and mistake it for long term care - High stress for little pay - 24/7 facility means office staff may work weekends, and it is frowned upon if a staff member actually takes a holiday off - Constant family/patient complaints related to care and experience

Unsafe nurses led and colluded with building administration, co-inept midweek pro riders. Change is an ongoing threat and "needs to get there". Don't rock the boat. High liability risk potential trial. Physician leadership will tell you what you want to hear, Howeer in the end you are on a dangerous island alone.
