Some of my coworker are really cool and make the job better

Always working short, not enough staff, dont appreciate the staff the do have, policies change without warning and no education given about no polices or changes made.

My coworkers in the therapy department were the best thing about the job.

Cons

No raises in at least 6 years, no holidays unless you ask to have it off but have to use PTO for the day if you want to get paid, they don't reimburse for any CEU courses, no overtime, no bonuses, census and caseload are low so you have to use PTO to equal your hours for the week then you don't have any left for days off or vacation, they only care about money and not the residents or staff.
