Patients/Residents, co-workers, there really aren't any other pros

Cons

Upper management in building, staffing coordinator, benefits get worse every year, not enough time or staff to do what is expected, you're either being punished for trying to get work done (overtime) or for not getting work done. It's a lose-lose situation
