      Pros

      Great coworkers. Flexible hours. Good salary. The company is very ethical- responds quickly and fairly to compliance concerns. Supportive leadership on the GRS side.

      Cons

      Difficult times in healthcare. Not very employee friendly. We all understand some of the cuts, freezes. However some money would be well spent giving employees some incentives. Some software and processes are very antiquated compared to other medical practices.
