      Some of our co-workers are awesome and love their residents

      Cons

      Office workers, DON, ADON and shift supervisor always greets you in passing except new upper manager. Feel bullied by some co-workers. Raises small and always months past Anniversary date. Large staff turnover

      The compassion that the residents gives, can make a worker go from having a bad day to having a good day.

      Cons

      Not enough staff and lack of incentives or appreciation towards the floor staff. Sometimes the patient ratio outweight the nursing staff (CNA).
