Pros

I love making people laugh and smile. I enjoy making sure their breakfast tray has everything they like on it just to try and assure their day is a little more enjoyable.

Cons

I wish that sometimes we were treated with a little more respect from the residents than we might receive. We are always here to help them to the best of our ability.

Flexible schedule. Generous sick time and paid time off. Easy computer system and make work flow easier and more efficient.

Cons

Micro-managed. Do not promote from within. Prefer to hire outside the company even when there are qualified current employees.

You can get all the overtime you want. All shifts are usually available. You can always pick up shifts from other nurses.

Cons

Salary scale is very poor and is not competitive for years of experience in the Healthcare field. It causes high rate of turnover.
