Residents and family members are out of this world,some if the staff really care about their work

Very tight on money,don't come to Texas and buy all the nursing home and can't afford to run them.could not get the tool you needed to run a department so sad

Very structured, a lot of resources, free online education, management in my building for the most part is very supportive....overworked but supportive...well except one who is very rough around the edges.

Cons

They need to bring up the starting salary for clinical staff....constantly short staffed because no one will work for the salary....building is older....they need to bring things up to todays standard. I cannot afford to get the insurance for my family.....with my salary I would owe the company money. They will not even throw in a couple of thousand dollars to let the staff have a Christmas Party somewhere other than the facility. It would really help with employee morale.
