      Pros

      Large Company, room for advancement, friendly staff, competitive wages, upper management is great and usually do a great job of communicating.

      Cons

      Large company, high turnover cooperate has no clue as to how facility is run therefore nothing ever gets fixed in a timely fashion and budget cuts are always in order.

      Many hours available to work and many shifts to choose from plus they hire new grads. and they offer many benefits.

      Cons

      They offer so many hours that you can get burnt out. Many shifts end late also. You can start an eight hour shift and be there for 12 hours.
